Management (MAIPM). Deep project management experience gained over 20+ years, delivering $500M+ of complex, large-scale, multivendor
integration solutions on a variety of IT platforms across Asia Pacific. Other specializations include strategic planning, business
analysis, financial and government budgeting, HR systems, case management, Content Management and Information Lifecycle
management.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Economics, Graduate Diploma in Public Administration, and has authored various publications in the fields of Project/Program/Strategic/Benefits management.
James (Jim) Lewis
Jim has over 10 years worth of professional experience in project and program management, business analysis and systems design. Jim is a high achieving and passionate Project Manager, with an exceptional flare for delivering ICT projects within both the Government and Private sectors. Jim is a dedicated professional with a very well developed ability to understand business problems and to deliver effective solutions for his clients.
Jim has ITIL experience, is familiar with PMI, PRINCE2 and Agile project management methodologies and is studying for a Masters degree in Project Management at the University of New South Wales, ADFA Campus.
Yana del Valle
Yana is an enthusiastic professional with 20+ years experience in Project /Program Management and Business Analysis fields and has mentored/coached both Project Managers and Business Analyst at various times throughout her career. With a technical consulting background, Yana is able to stepped in-and-out of senior executive, as well as, business process re-engineering roles. These opportunities have provided a solid avenue for Yana to develop and continuously improve her analytical, communications, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Yana holds both a double degree in Computing and Communications as well as a Graduate Diploma in Information Technology and holds professional membership with both the Australian Institute of Project Management and the International Institute of Business Analyst.
